Jalandhar (26/05/2025): Friends, a few days ago the CBSE Board declared the results for Class 12th, and the students of Lala Jagat Narayan D.A.V. Model School, Jalandhar, have delivered an excellent performance in these examinations. As always, let's take a look at a glimpse of the honest and hard work done by the school’s principal, staff, and students.
This time, the highest marks in the school were scored by Commerce student Jhalak Khanna, who secured 98.4%, bringing glory not just to the school, but across Punjab and even at the national level. Jhalak Khanna ranked second in Commerce in the entire Jalandhar city and third overall in Jalandhar district (when all subjects are considered collectively).
Following her is Kanika, also a Commerce student, who scored 96.6%. Then comes Gurpreet, again from Commerce, who scored 96.2%. Another Commerce student, Kamini, secured 94.8% marks.
Next is Kush Madan, a Commerce student, who scored 92.6%, followed by Khushi, also from Commerce, with 92.4%. Then we have Bhumika Sharma with 91% and Deepak with 90.6%, both from Commerce.
Next in line is Mansi, another Commerce student, with 89.4% marks.
Moving on to the Non-Medical stream, Jatin scored 88.6%, followed by Vivek Kumar from Commerce who also scored 88.6%.
From the Humanities stream, Sakshi scored 87.6%, and from Non-Medical, Ayushi secured 87.2%. Bhavesh Kumar, another Non-Medical student, received 84%.
Returning to Commerce, Abhinandan scored 83.2%. Finally, from the Humanities stream again, Gurpreet Singh scored 81%, showing that even the Humanities department's staff left no stone unturned in preparing their students.
